Ingredients
3 Tbsp Maheshwar Blend
1 Litre of Water, Room Temprature
Jaggery as Per Taste
Cubed Ice
Apricot Slices, for garnish

Tools Required
Pitcher, with a 1L capacity
Fine Mesh Strainer

Steps
In a pitcher, add Maheshwar Blend and water, and give it a gentle stir.
Cover the pitcher and refrigerate the tea for 8 - 10 hours, to allow a slow infusion of flavour
Once the infusion is done, strain the loose leaf tea using a fine mesh strainer.
Serve the tea tonic over cubed ice.
For sweetness, add Jaggery as per taste.
Garnish the tea tonic with fresh or sun - dried apricots.
Serve and Sip!
