Ingredients
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1/3 cup All-Purpose Flour
3/4 cup Almond Flour
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Sea salt
1/4 teaspoon Ground Cloves
1/4 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1/4 cup Heavy Cream
6 tablespoons Orange Marmalade
1 Whole Orange

9 inch Springform Pan

Recipe
* Preheat oven to 180 C, line the springform pan with parchment paper
* In food processor pulse all-purpose flour, almond flour, brown sugar, salt, cloves, black pepper, along with butter.
* Carefully introduce cream to mixture, stir in, until combined, squeeze until the dough forms into 3/4 inch clumps.
* Transfer quarter of the crumble to small bowl and refrigerate.
* Shift remaining dough to buttered pan and flatten to even layer by pressing into bottom of pan, using a glass.
* Bake on middle rack for 22 - 25 minutes or until edges turn golden brown and begin to pull away from sides.
* Once baked, let it rest on counter for 15 minutes.
* Spread orange marmalade in an even layer over surface and sprinkle reserved crumble on top.
* Return to oven and bake for 30 minutes or until top turns golden brown.

* Zest orange directly over the top while the crumble is still warm.
* Cool completely in the pan, then run a knife along edges of crumble before releasing the sides.
