Ingredients
2 -3 teaspoons of Calicut Hot Cocoa
1 Cup milk, of choice
30ml Whiskey

Set aside 1/2 tsp of hot chocolate powder mixed with a pinch of cinnamon powder, for garnish

Steps
Place the milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat
Whisk 2 - 3 teaspoons of Calicut Hot Cocoa, until warm and smooth
Once fully dissolved, transfer the drinking chocolate to a glass, add Irish whiskey and give it a gentle stir.
With the help of a strainer, carefully dust the remaining cocoa-cinnamon powder over the spiked hot chocolate, and finish it up with a final garnish of star anise!
