Ingredients
*2 Tbsp Kangra Classic Tea
*60 ml tequila
*2 Tbsp Wildflower Honey
*5-10 ice cubes
*1 lemon
*Sprig of mint

Instructions
*Create a strong black tea infusion: Brew 2 Tbsp of Kangra Classic tea with half a cup of water for 4 minutes
*Avoid honey clusters with your own honey simple syrup: Stir in equal parts, 2 Tbsp Wildflower Honey and warm water.
*Ready to shake: Add 60 ml Tequila, Kangra black tea infusion, honey simple syrup, half a lemon squeeze and 5-10 ice cubes to a cocktail shaker
*Shake until your cocktail is chilled
*Garnish and serve with a lemon wheel and sprig of mint
