INGREDIENTS FOR A SWEET TREAT
1 Tbsp plus 1 Tsp of Clives Matcha Powder, divided
1/2 Cup Raw Cashews
1/4 Cup Raw Walnuts
1 Cup Pitted Dates
1 Tbsp Wildflower Honey
2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa
Pinch of Sea Salt

Steps
Add cashews and walnuts in a food processor, and grind until finely minced
Add in the dates, wildflower honey, cocoa, matcha tea powder and salt, to the mince.
Process until a thick paste forms.
Scoop out the mixture and knead it into small balls and repeat, until mixture is over.
Place the chocolate bombs in a bowl
Using a strainer, neatly sprinkle the remaining matcha powder over the chocolate balls
