A REFRESHING SUMMER SIP
Ingredients

Madurai masala Blend
1 litre of water
Raw cane jaggery
Oat milk
Ice
Cinnamon stick, for garnish

Pitcher
Muslin cloth, to cover
Full leaf strainer

Instructions for the perfect Iced Chai Latte
.
Add 100g of Madurai Masala Tea to a pitcher, followed by cold water.
.
Stir well and cover the container with a delicate muslin cloth.
.
Let it steep overnight in the refrigerator and allow a careful infusion flavour
.
Once brewed, with the help of a strainer continuously remove remnants of any tea leaves, till you achieve a smooth brew
.
Serve over ice, followed by a dash of oat milk and sweetened with jaggery
.
Garnish with cinnamon stick, to savour a refreshing tea cooler!
