Monsoon Malabar Coffee
Medium Roast Arabica Coffee | A Coastal Discovery
Unique to India, the Monsoon Malabar Coffee owes its legacy to a special cultivation process dating back to the trade routes of the 19th century. Sun dried Arabica Beans transported on ships were exposed to monsoon winds off the Malabar coast, resulting in a naturally weathered coffee with a distinct flavour profile.
A process accidently discovered and later replicated by deliberate exposure to humid winds continues the tradition and is exclusively produced in South India.
Continuing to serve you Indian traditions, we bring you a new morning ritual!
