Ingredients:
2 cups of water
2 teaspoons of black tea, we recommend Assam
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon unsalted butter

Equipment:
Saucepan
Full Leaf Strainer
Frother or a Churner
.
Steps to brew the perfect butter tea
Add the water to a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add in the Assam tea and let it boil for 2 - 3 minutes.
With the help of the strainer, sieve the tea leaves.
Gradually add salt, butter and milk to the brewed tea and churn or froth for 3 - 4 minutes.
Reboil the butter tea, if needed.
